Besides putting investment into the infrastructure and business expansion, Vinpearl pays much attention to developing and training human resources as it is well aware that the human factor plays a decisive role in every industry, especially in tourism. During the initial period, Vinpearl used management services provided by large hotel managing companies like Furama, Swiss-Bell, Accor to build a well-organized and stable management system. It also allowed employees to have access to different profession standards of corporations so that they could explore their strengths and weaknesses and form appropriate business policies
After a period of learning, studying and developing its human resources, for the purpose of expanding its scope and scale of business, professionalizing management and development of hotel services to meet new demands, Vinpearl Hotel Management Company (VHMC) was established in late November, 2007. As planned, during this first period, the company will run and manage the chain of Vinpearl hotels in Vietnam. After that, VHMC will provide management services for other hotels. In terms of education and training, VHMC will boost its training of employees working in the Vinpearl hotels; cooperate with international hotel management institutions in Singapore, Switzerland, and Australia... to improve skills and knowledge of the staff. Next, it will expand its training services and enrich the hotel employees with international experience The formation of VHMC is an important step in Vinpearl’s development plan.
In addition to ceaselessly developing projects in Vinpearl Land, Vinpearl Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company has been expanding investment to tourism provinces and cities all over the country. Since it officially listed its stock on the stock exchange, Vinpearl has joined capital to form Hoi An Vinpearl Tourism Investment JSC, Green City Development JSC, Nha Trang Vietnam Tourism JSC... with a view to creating Vinpearl works in all renowned magnificent landscapes across Vietnam.
