Room rate information
- Accommodation payments will be charged in VND in accordance with the exchange rate at the time of payment.
- 10% VAT and 5% service charge are not included in the room rate.
- According to Vietnamese law, a foreign male visitor and a Vietnamese female visitor sharing the same hotel room are required to submit the Marriage Certificate.
- The room rate and extra bed fee include breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet) - (non-refundable if visitors do not have the meals); free entry into Vinpearl Amusement, Water Park and Underwater World.
- One child under 6 years old or two children under 2 years old are free of charge, but no extra bed is provided.
- A surcharge of USD 25++ applies to children above 6 years old (if no extra bed is provided).
Note: A surcharge supplying to accompanied children is based on their birthday.
Lavish feast on special occasions
- Christmas Gala dinner applies to in-house guests on 24 December every year: more details will be directly informed to guests
- New Year Gala dinner applies to in-house guests on 31 December every year: more details will be directly informed to guests
Check-in and check-out procedures
- Check in from 14:00 and check out before 12:00. A room rate surcharge of 50% for one night applies to guests checking in before 14:00 (from 2 to 6 hours)
- Late check-out must depend on the status of vacant rooms and a surcharge will apply if
- Late check-out before 18:00 : 50% of the room rate for 1 night
- Late check-out after 18:00 : 100% of the room rate for 1 night
